ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account or using CrowdRev services, you accept these terms in full. 2. SERVICES CrowdRev provides an event ticketing and promoter commission platform connecting event organizers, ticket buyers, and event promoters. 3. ACCOUNTS You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18+ to use CrowdRev. 4. EVENTS AND TICKETS Organizers are solely responsible for event accuracy, fulfillment, and legal compliance. CrowdRev is a platform intermediary only. 5. PAYMENTS All ticket purchases are processed through Stripe. CrowdRev collects a platform service fee on each transaction. 6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You may not use CrowdRev for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CrowdRev's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. 8.
