NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE No refunds are issued after purchase unless legally required or explicitly approved by CrowdRev or the event organizer. POST-EVENT No refunds are issued after an event has taken place. SERVICE FEES Platform fees and service charges are non-refundable unless required by law. POSTPONED EVENTS If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated by the organizer. COMMISSIONS Promoter commissions are not payable on refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged-back ticket purchases. Commissions on refunded tickets will be reversed.
