Last updated: May 2026 This Promoter Agreement governs your participation as a promoter on CrowdRev. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be 18+ and have a valid account to become a promoter. No organizer or admin pre-approval is required. Any registered user may promote any event with promoter commissions enabled by agreeing to this agreement at time of opt-in. 2. REFERRAL LINKS Each promoter receives a unique referral link and QR code per event, generated instantly upon agreeing to this agreement. Referral links are activated immediately. 3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE Commissions are set by the event organizer and displayed before you agree to promote. 4. PAYMENT TIMING - Commissions accrue when ticket purchases are completed through your referral link. - Commission status begins as "pending." - Commissions become "eligible" after the event date plus the platform hold period (typically 7–14 days). - Payouts require a connected Stripe account. 5. COMMISSION REVERSALS Commissions will be reversed or cancelled if the associated ticket is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent. 6. PROMOTER CONDUCT Promoters agree to represent events honestly, accurately, and professionally. Promoters may not use false claims, misleading information, offensive content, spam tactics, impersonation, illegal advertising methods, unauthorized branding, or any content that harms the event, organizer, buyers, venue, or CrowdRev. Violations may result in access being reviewed, restricted, or terminated by CrowdRev. 7. CROWDREV REVIEW PROCESS If an organizer reports a promoter for conduct violations, CrowdRev will review the report with supporting evidence. CrowdRev will determine whether the promoter's access should remain active, be restricted, or be terminated. Promoters have no right to dispute CrowdRev's final determination, but existing eligible commissions are protected unless fraud, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, policy violations, or serious misconduct is determined. 8. COMMISSION PROTECTION Promoters who generate legitimate ticket sales are entitled to eligible commissions per the event's commission terms. Commissions may only be canceled, reversed, or withheld if CrowdRev determines that the related sales involved fraud, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, policy violations, or serious misconduct. 9. PROMOTER TERMINATION If CrowdRev determines that a promoter violated platform rules, CrowdRev may disable the promoter's referral link and QR code for that event. In serious cases, CrowdRev may suspend the promoter's entire account. 10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You may not use bots, click farms, fake accounts, or any fraudulent methods to inflate stats. 11.
