Last updated: May 2026 This Organizer Agreement governs your use of CrowdRev to create and sell tickets for events. 1. EVENT ACCURACY You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all event information including dates, times, locations, and descriptions. 2. TICKET FULFILLMENT You are responsible for honoring all valid tickets sold through CrowdRev. 3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE Your event must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including permits, venue capacity, and safety regulations. 4. PLATFORM FEES CrowdRev charges a platform fee on each ticket sold, deducted before organizer payout. 5. PROMOTER COMMISSIONS If you enable promoter commissions, you agree to honor the stated commission rates for all qualifying ticket sales. Any registered CrowdRev user may opt in to promote your event without requiring your pre-approval. 6. ORGANIZER REPORTING RIGHTS Event organizers may report promoters they believe are promoting an event in a false, misleading, harmful, offensive, illegal, or brand-damaging manner. However, organizers may not directly remove a promoter or cancel commissions without CrowdRev review. To report a promoter, use the "Report Promoter" button in your Organizer Dashboard. You must provide evidence, including screenshots, links, written explanation, or other supporting documentation. 7. CROWDREV REVIEW PROCESS All promoter removal requests must be reviewed by CrowdRev admin. CrowdRev will determine whether a promoter's access should remain active, be restricted, or be terminated. Organizers may not use the reporting process to avoid paying commissions after a promoter has already produced valid sales. 8. COMMISSION FAIRNESS Promoters may not be removed after generating legitimate sales unless CrowdRev determines that the promoter violated platform rules, misrepresented the event, committed fraud, or caused material harm to the event, organizer, buyers, or CrowdRev. Commissions may only be canceled or withheld if CrowdRev determines that related sales involved fraud, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, policy violations, or serious misconduct. 9. CANCELLATIONS If you cancel an event, you agree to refund all ticket buyers in full. CrowdRev may process refunds on your behalf and deduct amounts from your payout. 10. PAYOUTS Organizer payouts are processed after the event, net of platform fees and promoter commissions. You must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. 11. PROHIBITED EVENTS Events promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or fraud are strictly prohibited. Contact: organizers@crowdrev.com
